System Maintenance - Monthly Patching: Saturday, January 24 @ 10:00 PM ET
This notice is to inform you that we will be performing monthly patching for our Strongroom production servers this weekend. Upgrades will take place overnight, starting on Saturday, January 24 @ 10:00 PM ET. We expect to complete the maintenance no later than 4:00 AM ET on Sunday, January 25. This update will result in downtime during the maintenance window referenced above. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Product Update - Strongroom 2026.2.0 (Friday, January 23: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM ET)
This notice is to inform you that a new version of AvidStrongroom (2026.2.0) will be deployed on Friday, January 23, 2026. We anticipate that Strongroom will remain fully operational during this deployment window, however users may experience minor performance issues or unexpected page refreshes. The deployment window will last from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET. Please do feel free to use the application during this time, however we apologize in advance for any minor disruptions.
